how to decorate a fall themed mantel with no pumpkins

Typically, when someone thinks of a fall inspired mantel, they immediately think of pumpkins! Today, I want to share with you my fall theme mantel that actually has no pumpkins, and how I achieved a fall look without them.

Here is the look at the fireplace as a whole. There is truly not much to it, but I felt like it was just enough dimension and texture to give a beautiful fall vibe.

I found this black horse at TJ Maxx or Homegoods (can’t remember which), and it was just a must have. I LOVED it for any season, and I knew I could use it so many places around the house. I can even picture a little wreath around his neck for Christmas!

I simply put some fall faux flowers from Hobby Lobby and a couple of other local places into my large vase and called it good. I am not a pro at putting things together- I just put it all together and call it good after I move things around a bit LOL

This bust was a new addition, and I wish I could remember where I found her. It was somewhere like TJ Maxx, but I just thought she was very classy! She went perfectly on the other side of my mantel!
The foliage along the top of the mantel is from Hobby Lobby a couple of years ago. You can see it on last year’s mantel HERE as well.

I will always love these green vases from Burke’s Outlet!

Do you think I achieved a good “FALL” look without pumpkins?? I think it looks nice but not too overdone, and as much as I have been gone this year, this was a good, easy transition! Hope you enjoyed it and it gave you inspiration!
