It hasn’t been a quick process for us, as we had to go through the waiting game of finding the RIGHT contractor, but I am excited to say that demo work for our Cocoa Beach condo is FINALLY in full swing!

This is the entry way looking from the living room to the front door!! We hope to do some hooks and a “hall tree” on the left side so you can hang towels, beach bags, etc!

While there isn’t much to say about this blog, I thought it was super fun to see the TOTALLY EMPTINESS of the condo with every single thing gone!

Kitchen! WOW! The cabinets will be on the right, as you can see…and they will be TIDEWATER!
This is the opposite view of the kitchen looking towards the living room. Look up at the lighting. We are changing all of that and making the ceiling taller. It will be a huge change!
The fridge will be moved into the “pantry space” and then there will be a pantry/coffee bar area where the fridge is now. It will really open things up a lot.

Can you envision beautiful wallpapers, colorful and vibrant furniture and accessories and sitting on that balcony watching the waves crash??? AHHHH…I can hardly stand it! The excitement is real, y’all!

This living room has soooo much room. I am so excited to transform it!
Living room looking into entry way and kitchen!
Guest Bathroom! This one is right outside of the guest bedroom, which will be a “kids” room or just extra guests. It will work for whoever…but this bathroom will be SO cute! I will have wallpaper behind the vanity…I will show everyone what I have picked out in a different blog.
This is the Guest Bedroom. This is standing on the far side of the room looking towards the closet and doorway!

I can say for certainty that this guest bedroom with have this surfer wallpaper! HOW FUN!?!?!? I can’t wait to see it all pull together! I also hope to have a big surfboard on the wall!

I am still working through my choices for the wallpapers, and I am not sure I am not going to order more samples. It is so hard to pick them out for each room…because I love soooo many! I do know for sure a couple of them (like the surf boards)…but I will hang tight on sharing, just in case I change my mind. Y’all know I am known to do that a time or 100! HAHA.

This bathroom is set up identical to the guest bath, but it is the “master bath”…there will be fun wallpaper behind this vanity also!
This is the master closet and where the laundry is (as you can see). It is HUGE and will look sooooo good. You just wait and see.
Master Bedroom! HUGE room! Full of potential.

Keep following along on the renovations here and ON FACEBOOK AND INSTAGRAM!!! You won’t wanna miss it.

Despite facing delays in finding the right contractor, the demolition work for our Cocoa Beach condo has now commenced, and I’m thrilled about the progress.
