Y’all know I love me a good sweet potato! I love me some butter and cinnamon sugar on top of them, but lately I have been trying to do much more of a healthier option, and these fries are EVERYTHING!

Air fryer sweet potato fries seasoned with garlic powder, dry dill, salt, pepper, and paprika are the perfect combination of savory and sweet.

The crispy exterior and soft interior of the fries pair perfectly with the bold flavors of the seasonings. This healthy twist on a classic comfort food is sure to be a family FAVE.

These are so good with a burger or any protein of your choice! I truly think you are gonna LOVE them! They are a combo of savory and sweet, with a nice crispy exterior and soft interior!

Easy Air Fryer Sweet Potato Fries

Air fryer sweet potato fries are the PERFECT combo of savory and sweet!
The crispy exterior and soft interior of the fries pair perfectly with the bold flavors of the different seasonings. This healthy twist on a classic comfort food will make you think you are really cheating on your diet!

Equipment

  • Air Fryer
  • 2 Bowls for Mixing Ingredients

Ingredients
  

  • 4 sweet potatoes
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried dill
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions
 

  • Start by peeling your sweet potatoes
  • Take a knife and cut the potatoes into strips about the size of your finger (NOTHING has to be exact or perfect!)
  • Put your cut up fries into a bowl
  • Mix all of your dry ingredients together
  • Sprinkle your dry ingredients onto your cut up fries
  • Make sure your air fryer is pre-heated to 380 degrees
  • Place the seasoned fries into your air fryer basket
  • Cook for approximately 20 minutes (check periodically and shift around to be sure they are not overcooking)
  • Remove and ENJOY!!!!
