dollar general sign makeover with felt balls

Today I am bringing you perhaps one of the easiest DIY projects you have ever seen! I am a firm believer that you can spruce up anything at all with just a little bit of work, and the least amount of work- the better! Am I right?

Today’s Dollar General makeover needs very little explanation, so I am pretty much just showing you before and after pics!

I found this super cute sign at the Dollar General for $12. I loved the wording, but the style was a bit boring, so I Brooke’d it up a bit!

You know how I am about colorful felt balls, so it was a no brainer to use them on this project!

I simply took some hot glue and glued my felt balls all around the trim and VOILA! What a beautiful, colorful and funky creation that is perfect in my guest bathroom!!!

Is this not the cutest thing ever?!?! How easy and literally SUCH A HUGE CHANGE!!!???

Pin this for later!

The picture frame with the felt balls was an amazing idea. Where do you find these felt balls, at what store? I’d love to do this to a few boring frames

Where can I find the large felt balls like these? I saw the box full of them that Brooke has but I’m having trouble finding the different sizes.

Thank you! I don’t have a link for that exact vase, but there are several cute ones on Amazon and At Home.

[…] I still LOVE this felt ball piece that I diy’d! It was a Dollar General sign that got some extra flair. You can see that whole project on the blog here! […]
